LEEDS RHINOS 2021 SEASON MEMBERS TICKET APPLICATION

Leeds Rhinos have reopened ticket applications for 2021 Season Members who did not originally enter the reduced games registration to allow them the opportunity to apply for tickets for Leeds Rhinos v Catalans Dragons on Friday 9th July (KO 7:45pm).

If you have already applied you do not have to reapply we will be in contact regarding next steps shortly.

Leeds Rhinos 2021 Gold and Silver Season Members who did not originally register into the ballot for reduced crowd fixtures can apply to be able to attend Leeds Rhinos v Catalans Dragons on Friday 9th July (KO 7:45pm). You also have the opportunity to identify if there are any other Rhinos 2021 Season Members within your group that you usually attend games with below.

The club is aware that not all Season Members share the same household address, and some may be dependent on others to attend matches (e.g. a parent and child who live separately) therefore Season Members are asked to ensure that they include everyone in their group that they usually attend with in one application and where possible, the Rhinos will aim to facilitate these requests. Please be aware if a member of your group has already registered you will not be able to add them to this application.

You must complete your application by 5pm on Monday 21st June. You will be notified shortly after this if you have been successful. From there you will receive your ticket and all the necessary information you must adhere to ahead of Leeds Rhinos v Catalans Dragons.

Leeds Rhinos Ticket Office and Club Shop remain closed at the stadium until further notice however you can contact 0371 423 1315 or email [email protected] if you have any questions or queries.

Unfortunately, we are unable to carry out ballot applications over the phone – these must be completed online.

You will register into the ballot at the bottom of this page, please ensure you read the instructions prior to registering to ensure this is done correctly.



Things you need to know: -

🏉 Your application confirms your acceptance and adherence to the match day code of conduct and ground regulations.

🏉 If you have a seated membership, you will not be issued with your usual seat. You will be allocated a position that allows for social distancing.

🏉 We will aim to ensure that the position you are allocated is as close to your normal position as possible e.g. if you have a standing membership, you will be allocated a position in a terrace. If you have a seated membership, we will aim to ensure it is in the stand you are normally situated – please note we cannot guarantee this.

🏉 If registering as a large group, although you will be selected to attend the same game, you will not be guaranteed to be in close proximity to each other in your allocated position (all children / dependants will be positioned with their parents / guardians / companions).

🏉 We will be issuing tickets for these fixtures which will be sent out via email. These can either be printed at home or used on your mobile phone via our turnstile readers (smartphones only).

🏉 You will be notified if you have been successful shortly after the application process closes.

🏉 Season and Flexi Member’s Our League streaming codes will remain valid for reduced capacity matches.

🏉 To ensure we reduce congestion, successful applicants will be given arrival time slots and there will be staggered exit slots in operation whereby the stadium will be emptied section by section.

🏉 Facemasks to be worn when standing or moving around the stadium (unless exempt for medical reasons).

🏉 Drinks and snacks will be able to pre-order prior to the fixture. A link for this will be sent out to each ticket holders email address approximatley 5 days before the fixture.

🏉 Bags will not be allowed (unless to carry medication – please try to notify us in advance).

🏉 If you or any other members of your group have already been successful in receiving tickets for Leeds Rhinos v St Helens or Leeds Rhinos v Hull FC you will not be able to apply again this time.

🏉 Those Season Members who were successful for Hull FC will be included in a second application process from your original registration.

The deadline to submit your ticket application is 5pm on Monday 21st June. When you have submitted your application no amends or changes can be made.



INSTRUCTIONS TO COMPLETE APPLICATION

If you attend Leeds Rhinos fixtures with other Rhinos 2021 Season Members and you wish to be included in the same application then please ensure you include all members of your group in one registration.

If other members of your party have already completed their application or received tickets for either Hull FC or St Helens from the previous ballot you will be unable to add them to your application. Only one application is valid per Rhinos 2021 Season Member.

Please read the below steps to assist you with the application process for you and your friends and family who wish to apply to apply to be able to attend Leeds Rhinos v St Helens.

  • STEP 1 - How to log in to your account

    1 Click the 'Log In' button at the top of this page.

    2 You will log in using your customer number or email address and you must input a password.

    3 Please ensure you use your customer number which is printed on your current membership card as this is unique to you. All your details including your purchase history and membership status are registered to your membership customer number – by creating a new one, none of these details will carry over which will prevent access to register.

    If your number ends with a letter, please only enter the number as the letter relates to our access control systems and is not needed for your login.

    4 If it is the first time you have logged onto the system online or it has been some time since your last log in please click 'Forgotten Password' to be sent a link to set up your password to ensure your password meets updated security measures. Please do not create a new online profile if you have forgotten your password as it will not link to your membership.

    5 If you have previously logged in recently please use your personal password.

    6 If you have forgotten your password, then please select the ‘Forgotten Password’ option.

    Please be aware that once you have logged in, you may return to the website homepage.

  • STEP 2 - How to register your friends and family to your account

    Once you have logged in, click on the 'My Account' tab at the top of the page and then select the 'Friends and Family' link.

    Once you are on the page, you will need to enter the following details. Please note if you have previously registered a Season Member or Flexi Pack Member as friends and family, their name will appear on this page:

    🏉 Customer Number (stated on front of their Season Membership card, this is unique to them.)

    If the number ends with a letter, please only enter the number as the letter relates to our access control systems and is not needed for your login.

    🏉Their surname

    🏉Their postcode

    🏉Then click "Add Customer To My Friends and Family".

    🏉Repeat for each member of your group.

  • STEP 3 - How to register you and your group who wish to attend

    1 Once you have logged in and registered any friends and family click the product below and enter your group size using the drop down and click add to basket.

    2 Once in the basket page, if you have other Season Members on your application, you can now select these by clicking on the drop down box where your name appears and then selecting each Season Member who you want as part of your order.

    3- Once this is done, click Checkout – please be aware this is a free product that is being used to enable you to register that you DO wish to attend Leeds Rhinos v St Helens should tickets be made available to you.

    If you have not completed you contact preferences these will show to allow you to complete this before continuing.

    4 Complete your order and a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

    If you do not receive a confirmation email please check that you have completed your registration.

    5 Sit back and relax, you will be notified if you have been successful shortly after the application closes you will then receive your ticket/s and match day code of conduct which you must adhere to prior to the fixture.

    Please note you are only to register your interest to attend Leeds Rhinos v St Helens once and once a form has been submitted it can not be amended.
