Tickets can be redeemed online below, over the phone on 0371 423 1315 or by emailing [email protected]

log into your online ticketing account using your customer number and password. Select the match you would like to attend from the Home Games section and select a ticket in the area you booked with your Flexi Membership (e.g. South Stand Terrace). In the basket page, select the correct price of your ticket (e.g. Adult, Junior, etc.) and enter one of your codes into the PROMOTION \ VOUCHER CODE box to discount your ticket to zero value. Click to confirm your order and your ticket will be sent to your email as a PDF E-Ticket which can be used on a smartphone or printed out at home.

If you would like to purchase a ticket by not redeeming as part of your membership then you can also do this below and not entering a code.

- Please be aware that if you are redeeming on behalf of another Flexi Member, their ticket must be allocated to their customer number and only one code can be used per order.

- Each code is unique and once used, cannot be used again.

- If you wish to claim more than one ticket for the same game, you must carry out separate orders as you can only use one code per order.
