At the time of publishing, Leeds Rhinos are continuing to work on plans surrounding the return of crowds to Emerald Headingley Stadium. We pledged to our Members back in January 2021, that we will ensure you are not disadvantaged so please be assured we will communicate updates as soon as this detail is confirmed.

Upon purchasing a membership with Leeds Rhinos, you are agreeing to adhere to the Conditions of Issue and Emerald Headingley Stadium Ground Regulations.

Please ensure you keep your membership card safe. To report lost, stolen or damaged membership cards please call 0371 423 1315 to cancel your card. You will be charged £15 for a replacement card.

  • Season Membership Cards

    All renewing Season Members will use their cards from the 2020 season (it was stated on the 2020 Membership Letter it would be the same card for 3 years from the 2020 season). Season Members who have a seating or standing position in the Global East Stand (formerly the Extentia Stand), have either changed stand or price category or are new members, will receive a new membership card.

  • Flexi Pack Membership and Supporter Membership Cards

    All renewing Season Members will use their cards from the 2020 season (it was stated on the 2020 Membership Letter it would be the same card for 3 years from the 2020 season). Season Members who have a seating or standing position in the Global East Stand (formerly the Extentia Stand), have either changed stand or price category or are new members, will receive a new membership card.

2021 Member's Conditions Of Issue

1. If the named holder of the membership card is a Gold or Silver Season Member for the 2021 season, it will admit that individual to all Super League regular season home league matches for the 2021 season. Please note this does exclude ‘behind closed doors’ matches at the start of the 2021 season. Season Members will be notified when they are able to return to matches.

2. If the named holder of the membership card is a Gold or Silver Season Member for the 2021 season, this card can also be used to purchase entry to non-league home games and cup games for the card holder only.

3. If the named holder of the membership card is a Flexi Member, the member will redeem tickets for home league matches which will be added onto this card to allow access to the stadium for those matches only. When the member has used the Flexi Membership credits, they can purchase a top up of either 3 or 5 game credits or purchase individual home league or non-league games for the card holder only and they will be uploaded onto this card to allow entry on match day. Flexi Members will be notified when they are able to action this process as this is currently unavailable until crowds are able to return to matches.

4. If the named holder of the membership card is a Supporter Member, this card can be used to purchase entry to any home league or non-league games for the card holder only. Supporter Members will be notified when they are able to action this process as this is currently unavailable until crowds are able to return to matches.

5. Leeds Rhinos reserves the right not to renew, or make available, tickets for particular games currently held by Season or Flexi Members. If, as a result of redevelopment of areas of the stadium or as a result of a commercial decision taken by Leeds Rhinos, particular tickets are not available for renewal, Season / Flexi Members will be offered alternative tickets. If during the playing season it becomes necessary, as a result of the requirements of the Safety at Sports Ground Act 1975 or as a requirement of our Ground Safety Certificate, to close certain areas, the Season and Flexi Members will be offered an alternative ticket.

6. HOME CUP TICKETS Season Members will be given first priority on tickets on a rate of one ticket per holder. Where possible seated Season Members may reserve their own seats, but this cannot always be guaranteed. Flexi and Supporter Members will be given the second level of priority on a rate of one ticket per member before tickets are released on general sale. Please note arrangements can vary depending on the game.

7. AWAY CUP MATCHES / SEMI FINALS / FINALS Season Members will be given the first level of priority on tickets on a rate of one ticket per holder. Flexi and Supporter Members will be given the second level of priority on a rate of one ticket per member before tickets are released on general sale. No guarantee of allocation can be given, due to the number of applications frequently exceeding the number of tickets issued to Leeds Rhinos. Please note arrangements can vary depending on the game.

8. All entry cards are issued subject to the Rules, Regulations and Byelaws of the Rugby Football League and the Safety of Sports Grounds Acts 1975.

9. Leeds Rhinos cannot guarantee that published fixtures will not be subject to alteration or that the advertised kick-off times will not be changed.

10. The Club cannot accept responsibility for cards lost or destroyed. If cards are lost or destroyed, you must notify Leeds Rhinos Customer Experience Team by calling 0371 423 1315 or by emailing . There is a £15 charge for the re-issue of lost or damaged membership cards.

11. All member’s ticket priorities are subject to ticket availability.

12. If the named holder of the membership card is a concession (Senior Citizen, Student, Under 21 or Junior) they may be required to show valid concessionary ID upon purchase of tickets and entry into the ground. Please note we do not accept NUS or Totum Student cards as a valid form of student ID.

13. Memberships are non-transferable, and proof of ID & age may be asked for.

14. Leeds Rhinos reserves the right to refuse entry to Emerald Headingley Stadium.
