    • 2024 Early Bird Price and Seat Renewal Deadline

      The 2024 Season Membership Early Bird deadline and seat renewal deadline is midnight on Monday 20th November. After this time Season Membership prices will increase and any unrenewed Season Memberships from 2023 will be released*.

      *A small number of seats from these will be held for those who have applied to be on the transfer lists.

    • Did you pay for your Season Membership by Direct Debit in 2023?

      We have contacted all Direct Debit payers for the 2023 Season Memberships via letter (Tuesday 19th September 2023), as we wanted to make them aware that Leeds Rhinos will again be operating an auto renewal process for existing Direct Debit Season Member/s.

      🦏 When you apply for your Rhinos 2024 Season Membership using the Direct Debit option you are adhering to the terms and conditions of the scheme.

      🦏 By signing up to our Direct Debit scheme, you are obliged to make payments on the 1st of the month. Please be aware the payment date cannot be amended, therefore by applying for this payment option you must have the required funds available on the 1st of the month.

      🦏 The payments will be taken on the 1st of each month unless the 1st falls on a weekend or bank holiday then the payment will be moved to the next working day.

      🦏 Should your payment be rejected, you will receive an e-mail (or written confirmation if you do not have access to email) which states your payment has failed and you will be required to pay the outstanding amount by another method of payment. If we do not receive a reply this will be followed up with further correspondence by e-mail or letter until the payment is received.

      🦏 If there are any failed payments on your account, your Membership cards will become invalid until the outstanding payments have been made.

      🦏 Leeds Rhinos will securely receive and store all personal details and financial information in line with data protection legislation.

      🦏 The person setting up the Direct Debit does not need to be the registered Rhinos Member for the 2024 Season; however, they must provide all their contact details and be over 18 years of age.

      🦏 You will receive an e-mail confirmation which outlines your payment schedule when you renew your Membership. Please read through the payment schedule to ensure all the details are correct before the agreement commences.

      🦏 Your final payment will be taken on 1st August 2024.

      🦏 If your Direct Debit agreement is cancelled for any reason, for example due to defaulting for three months on your payments, you will be required to pay the full outstanding balance in one payment directly to Leeds Rhinos.

      🦏 Should you default on your payments Leeds Rhinos reserve the right to deactivate your membership. You will be required to return your membership cards and packs in full should you fail to make your payments.

      🦏 The Direct Debit service is operated by Leeds Rhinos.

      🦏 Your Direct Debits are being collected by Leeds Rhinos therefore all enquiries with regards to your Direct Debit must be directed to Leeds Rhinos.

      Leeds Rhinos have the right to change these Terms and Conditions to reflect updates on business practice and relevant laws and regulations and will do so in accordance with their duty to treat you fairly and behave responsibly as lenders and will give you advance written notice.

      Please ensure you read the below information carefully and act accordingly:-

      🏉 Your Direct Debit order will auto-renew, and you will NOT need to contact us if: -

      o Your Season Membership and Direct Debit bank account details have not changed.

      Please be aware that auto-renewals will take into account: -

      - Price category updates (those who have now moved to the next price category due to age.) Please take note at tickets.therhinos.co.uk regarding price category changes.

      - If you held a Rhinos 4 Life discount on your Season Membership for 2023 and your Rhinos 4 Life payments remain up to date.

      You will need to contact Leeds Rhinos in writing before 12 noon on Monday 16th October if any of the below is applicable. Please note cancelling your 2023 Direct Debit instruction with your bank, does not opt you out of the 2024 Direct Debit: -

      🏉 I would like to opt out of the Direct Debit Auto-Renewal ahead of the 2024 Season Membership Renewal. If you would like to opt out of the Season Membership Direct Debit, please email [email protected] with your name/s and customer number/s:

      o If you no longer want a Leeds Rhinos Season Membership for 2024.

      o If you would like to renew your Season Membership but no longer want to pay for your Leeds Rhinos Season Membership order through the interest-free Direct Debit option.

      o If you would like to renew your Season Membership but you are not yet ready to start a Direct Debit and would like to choose a shorter monthly payment period to spread your payments.

      🏉 I would like to make a change to my Season Membership order ahead of the auto-renewal.

      If you would like to make a change to your Season Membership Direct Debit, please email [email protected] with your name/s, customer number/s and daytime contact numbers and a member of Leeds Rhinos Customer Experience Team will call you to discuss your order:-

      o If you would like to change your bank account details.

      o If you would like to change the payment owner / transfer the Direct Debit into another person’s name (please be aware we will need to speak to both parties for this)

      o If you would like to change the level of membership (Silver to Gold / Gold to Silver)

      o If you would like to change your seat to another available position in the stadium at the time of Season Memberships going on sale.

      o If you would like to add people to your Season Membership order

      o If you would like to remove people from your Season Membership order.

      🏉 I would like to renew my current Season Membership/s position/s but would then like to be added onto the transfer list to move if seats become available after the membership renewal deadline (Monday 20th November). Please be aware, the date and time we receive your email request is the position you will be added onto the transfer list.

      🏉 I have Match Credit on my Leeds Rhinos Ticketing Profile and would like to use this towards my Season Membership order. Please note, all match credits must be redeemed before 31st December 2023.

      Please be aware your 2024 Season Membership will not be included in the Auto-Renewal process and you will not be eligible for a 2024 Direct Debit instruction if any of the following are applicable:

      o If your Direct Debit payment collections for your 2023 Season Memberships failed for three or more months and we were not able to receive your payments through the Direct Debit process as agreed in the terms and conditions of the Direct Debit scheme.

      o If you have any outstanding payments on your 2023 Direct Debit agreement.

      Your written request to opt out or make changes to your order must be received by email to [email protected] or if you do not have access to email, please send to the address below before before 12 noon on Monday 16th October:

      Leeds Rhinos 2024 Season Membership Renewals, Leeds Rhinos Ticket Office, Headingley Stadium, St Michael’s Lane, Leeds, LS6 3BR

      Your 2024 Season Memberships and your Direct Debit agreement will auto renew on Friday 20th October, and you will receive a confirmation email between Friday 20th October and Monday 23rd October, to the email address registered on your lead purchaser’s ticketing profile, after the auto renewal date and before the first payment is taken. Your confirmation email will indicate the final payment schedule repayment amounts. Your Direct Debit agreement will be spread across an 10-month period commencing on Wednesday 1st November. No payments will be taken before this date.

      If your details are correct and you would like to renew your Season Membership for 2024 you do not need to contact Leeds Rhinos and your Season Memberships will be renewed automatically.

    • Direct Debit Information

      If you sign up for the Rhinos Season Membership for 2024 before Midnight on Friday 20th October 2023 you will have the chance to spread your payments over 10 months @ 0% interest with your first payment taken on the 1st November 2023.

      Your final payment for the 2024 Direct Debit payment option will come out on Thursday 1st August 2024. Applications received after midnight on the deadline for that payment period will be allocated to the next payment option – still at 0% interest. Please note when you apply for your Rhinos 2024 Season Membership via Direct Debit you are adhering to the terms and conditions of the scheme.

      Upon providing your details for us to set up your Direct Debit, you will receive an email (or written confirmation if you do not have access to email) with your payment schedule on. You must read this carefully and confirm it is correct. If there any any issues you must notify Leeds Rhinos.

      NB Direct Debits are not available for Flexi or Supporter Memberships.

      For Direct Debit payers to receive their Rhinos 2024 Membership packs, we must have received at least one monthly payment. Therefore, if they require their Rhinos Membership packs in time for Christmas, their Direct Debit must be set up by Monday 20th November 2023 and the first payment to be taken successfully by Friday 1st December 2023.

      Rhinos 4 Life Members (adults & concessions) continue to receive 5% off their own season membership if they have had this previously and their payments are up to date (based on Silver price. If you upgrade to Gold, the £30 will be added onto the discounted silver price).
