  • Buying Tickets
    What does seat features mean?

When you see an amber coloured seat on the stadium map this means that there is a feature on the seat we would like to inform you of.

The note of what this seat feature is can be found by hovering over the seat if using a computer or by clicking the seat if on a mobile / tablet. This will then inform you what the seat feature is which could be due to a padded seat, restricted view or a seat that is affected in inclement weather.

I can only select adult tickets, how do I select concession or juniors?

Once you have selected your tickets and logged into your account you will be able to change the ticket type in the basket page.

  • PDF Tickets FAQs
    • How do PDF Print @ Home tickets work?

Supporters who have purchased a ticket and selected print @ home will be sent a confirmation email with their ticket attached as a PDF file to the email address on the lead supporters account.

This ticket can then be opened on your smart phone and scanned through the turnstile. Alternatively, this ticket can be printed off.

Your PDF ticket contains important information such as your ticket details such as stand, area and seats (if applicable), entrance point and ticket barcode.

    • How to use my PDF ticket on a smart phone?

Before arriving at the stadium please ensure your smart phone is fully charged. If you anticipate your phone may not have enough charge, we suggest you print out your tickets before leaving for the stadium. Your phone does not need to be connected to the internet to open your PDF but we do recommend this.

Please arrive at the stadium in good time before kick off. We do experience busier periods closer to kick off.

When approaching the turnstiles please ensure your brightness is turned up and you have zoomed in on your barcode so it fits between the edges of your screen. Your ticket needs to be portrait on the screen.

Insert your phone into the scanner reader at a slight angle with the screen and barcode facing upwards.

When you hear the turnstile buzz, please ensure you push to enter.

      PLEASE NOTE

      1) PDF tickets should not be duplicated and only the first scanned ticket will be allowed entry.

      2) If you have junior tickets on your email we suggest allowing them to enter in front of you as you scan them in.

      3) If you have all tickets on one mobile phone you may need to pass your phone between your group.

      4) The 'mouth' of the barcode scanner is 10cm across and 4cm in height, your smart phone must fit in this to succesfully scan your ticket.

    • My Apple Wallet / Google Pay opens when I put my ticket into the turnstile, what can I do?

      3) If your Apple Wallet or Google Pay opens you can swipe this off while keeping your phone in the turnstile reader.

      4) When you hear the turnstile buzz, please ensure you push to enter.

      PLEASE NOTE

      1) PDF tickets should not be duplicated and only the first scanned ticket will be allowed entry.

Please arrive at the stadium in good time for your alloted entry time.

Your ticket does not need to be printed off in colour but the barcode on the ticket needs to be clear, not impeded or smudged.
